Friends of Seascape is a registered Florida not-for-profit corporation that has been established to represent and advance the interests of owners in the Seascape community of Miramar Beach, FL.

Our goal is to promote and defend Seascape owner rights for the purposes of improving the property and enhancing the Seascape experience for owners, renters, and visitors of all kinds.

Friends of Seascape recognizes that Seascape can and will be impacted by what happens in Miramar Beach and across Walton County. As such, our group will engage in local and regional issues that may affect the property.
